1. Production process
The production of wood pellet fuel consists of raw materials, screening, drying, cyclone separation, molding, granulation, cooling, screening and finished products. Raw material storage yard: the raw materials are mainly sawdust. The raw material storage covers an area of about 500 square meters. In order to ensure the normal and continuous production of fuel, it is necessary to ensure the raw material demand for at least about 15 days. Therefore, 500~600 tons of raw materials should be stacked. The ceiling of the raw material warehouse is built for rain prevention, lightning protection and wind protection, and the fire prevention distance between the production area and living area is more than 50 meters, more than 30 meters away from the highway and more than 30 meters away from the power transformer, and isolation measures and complete fire prevention facilities are set up to ensure safety.
Sieve: raw materials are transported to the sieve machine through the dragon conveyor for screening, and large wood blocks or nails are proposed.
Drying: biomass molding fuel has strict requirements on the water content of raw materials. After the raw materials are screened, they are transported to the roller dryer for drying through hot air.
Cyclone separation: in the transmission process of raw materials, there is a large amount of moisture after drying, discharging the moisture through the cyclone separator. The system is equipped with two cyclone separators, and the formed fuel after cooling also requires the cyclone separator to separate the formed fuel and moisture.
Material delivery: the logistics transmission of this system requires the corresponding transmission equipment. According to the need, this design uses the spiral conveyor, the twisted dragon conveyor and the elevator to transport the material to the corresponding equipment.
Granulation molding: biomass pellet fuel forming machine is the key equipment for the production line, this system
With the 508 type biomass pellet fuel granulator, the power is 132kW, the output can reach 1.5-2 tons / hour. The equipment can be used for sawdust, corn straw, bean straw, cotton straw and peanut shell, and the equipment runs stably. The fuel density of the processed wood pellets can reach 1.0-1.3 tons / cubic meter. This system is equipped with two granulators.
Cooling: when discharging biomass, the pellet fuel temperature is as high as 80~90℃, the structure is relatively loose and easy to be broken. It must go through the countercurrent cooling system, cooling to room temperature can be bagged for storage or sent into the silo by belt conveyor and elevator. This device is equipped with a cooling fan and a cyclone separator, which can return the separated powder to the previous process for regranulation.
Screening: after cooling the pellet fuel, using vibrating screen screening, need to be screened, the crushed material screening, to ensure the quality of biomass pellet fuel. After the selected broken material, return to the previous process for granulation.
Finished product warehouse: lift the processed finished product particles into the finished product warehouse for bag and storage.
Backing and storage: this design adopts packaging conveyor for measurement and packaging, and sent to the finished product warehouse.
Silo system: according to the needs of the user, the bulk material can also be used for transportation, that is, the pellet fuel is directly sent into the silo by the finished product warehouse for storage, and the pellet fuel can be directly sent to the user by automobile.

3. Product technical characteristics
